Shipping & Sales Policy for Flake Products

Shipping Policy

Orders must be paid in full by 1:00 PM (local time) to be eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order is paid, flake products generally ship within two (2) business days. However, certain situations and custom blends — including hybrids, micas, glow flakes, and full pallet orders — may require up to five (5) business days for processing and shipping.

Please note that shipping timelines are not guaranteed. All orders are shipped via ground shipping by default.

Returns & Final Sales

All custom flake sales are final once processing begins. If you're unsure about a custom blend, we encourage you to request a free 1-pound sample before placing your order.

Standard VPC flake colors listed below may be returned only if unopened, and will be credited to your account (no refunds):

All shipping charges are final and non-refundable.

 Valence reserves the right to select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method for each order. Orders may be shipped via LTL freight or standard ground service (e.g., UPS) based on weight, volume, and destination. While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, actual transit time may vary depending on the chosen carrier. All shipments are FOB Wisconsin, and title transfers upon pickup from our warehouse.
